Junior Designer and Creative Assistant

Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer & Creative Assistant
(Toronto Timezone)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who possesses something more important than a long resume: artistic vision, high-speed execution, and a restless curiosity.

This isn't a "churn out templates" kind of job. You will work directly with our leadership team as a Creative Assistant, acting as a right hand for a variety of high-end projects ranging from sophisticated lifestyle brands to strategic venture labs. Your work will be unpredictable, fast-paced, and intellectually stimulating.

The Role & Schedule

Hours: You will work on Toronto time (EST). This means your shift is 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Macedonian time. This is non-negotiable.

Nature of Work: You will support the leadership team with whatever is needed that day. One day it might be high-end typography for a French restaurant concept; the next, it’s social media assets for a philosophical media brand.

Location: Remote (based in Macedonia).

What We’re Looking For

The Technicals: Expert-level command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. We have a deep appreciation for typography - you should know how to make text breathe and command attention.

Cultural Intelligence: You must understand (or be eager to master) the psychological and cultural differences between a consumer in Skopje and a consumer in Toronto. You recognize that spending habits, humour, and aesthetic "cues" change across borders.

Creative Agility: You aren't "stuck in one lane." You can pivot from a moody, cinema noir aesthetic to something clean, corporate, or avant-garde without losing your creative footing.

Speed: We work on tight deadlines. You need to be able to think on your feet and deliver high-quality work quickly.

Communication: Our team operates 100% in English. Your English must be solid, clear, and professional.

Who You Are

You are a Junior Designer with a portfolio that shows potential and a distinct "eye."

You are a learner. You love experimenting with styles and are fascinated by the psychology behind why people click, buy, or engage.

You are a team player who thrives in a diverse environment and enjoys the "varied and unpredictable" nature of a boutique agency.

Compensation & Growth

Starting Salary:€1,200 per month.

Guaranteed Growth: A dedicated salary increase of +€50 every 6 months.

The chance to be mentored by a leadership team working on international, high-impact projects.

The Path to Full-Time: Our 3-Month Creative Residency

We are looking for a long-term partner to join us full-time starting in June. To ensure we are the right fit for each other, we are starting with a structured 3-month "Project Phase" (March – May):

How it works: During this period, we will send you consistent projects and real-world tasks. You’ll get to know our brands, our pace, and our leadership team.

Fully Paid: This isn't a "test for free" situation. All project work is paid at a competitive hourly or per-project rate.

The Goal: This phase is designed to integrate you into our workflow. Upon successful completion, you will transition into the Full-Time position in June with the guaranteed €1,200 salary and our 6-month growth plan.

Why we do this: We want you to feel confident in our vision and the Toronto-time schedule before we commit to a full-time journey together.

How to Apply

Please send your Portfolio and a brief intro in English. We aren't looking for a formal cover letter; we want to hear about your creative process and why you’re comfortable with the late-shift schedule.
